The Prosperity Package for Ukraine consists of several documents that are not ready yet, but we see a positive future for this package, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

"Regarding the prosperity package, we also discussed this [with US President Donald Trump], excuse the words, pile of documents, because there are indeed several of them, they are not ready yet, but we see a future with a positive outcome," Zelenskyy told reporters on Friday.

The President also recalled that the agreement on US security guarantees is ready for signing, and the date and location of the signing depend on US President Donald Trump.

"It's up to him [it depends on him]. We are ready to sign such important documents, I emphasize again, we are confident that these are historic documents," Zelenskyy emphasized.

As reported, on December 24, Zelenskyy announced that Point 9 of the draft plan to end the war in Ukraine calls for the creation of several funds to address Ukrainian economic recovery issues, with the goal of raising $800 billion through equity, grants, debt, and private sector contributions to help Ukraine realize its full potential. He stated that, under subparagraph "A" of Point 9, the United States and European countries will create a capital and grant fund with a target of $200 billion for transparent and effective investment in Ukraine. However, the president noted that the $200 billion target is subject to negotiation, as it is unknown whether Europe will agree.

On December 30, Zelenskyy stated that US President Donald Trump is focusing on Ukraine's economic recovery and considers it the number one priority for creating jobs. He added that this package is called the "Prosperity Package"—a recovery package for Ukraine.
