In Dnipro, three people died, eight were previously reported injured in a Russian missile attack on Monday morning. There is damage, Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Vladislav Haivanenko said.
"In Dnipro, all services are working at the site of the missile attack. At the moment, three people are known to have died and eight were previously injured… A service station and an enterprise building were damaged," he said in a video posted on Telegram.
