Trump warns Zelenskyy of 'big problems' if he rejects minerals deal
US President Donald Trump said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wants to withdraw from the rare earth minerals deal, and warned the Ukrainian leader of serious problems if he does so, Reuters reports.
"He's trying to back out of the rare earth deal and if he does that he’s got some problems, big, big problems," Trump told reporters.
The American president once again emphasized that Ukraine will never be accepted into NATO, despite Zelenskyy's wishes.
"He wants to be a member of NATO, but he's never going to be a member of NATO. He understands that," he said.
As reported, on March 28, Zelenskyy announced that in the event of risky things in the mineral agreement, he would communicate about this with the Ukrainian society.
