Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal has said that the construction of fortifications in Kharkiv region is almost 100% done.

"The state of fulfillment of works is 99.9%. About 800 strongholds have been built and equipped," he said at an off-site government meeting in Kharkiv region on Thursday.

The Prime Minister noted that the Ministry of Defense has been instructed that all fortifications should be equipped with systems for normal water drainage.
