Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Andriy Lebedenko, has held a working meeting with Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Kingdom of Denmark, Lieutenant General Kenneth Pedersen.

"During the conversation, Colonel Andriy Lebedenko informed his Danish colleague about the operational situation on the front line. He spoke in detail about the current needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, especially emphasizing the need to strengthen the Ukrainian army with multi-purpose combat aircraft, air defense systems, artillery ammunition and military equipment," the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported on Facebook.

Lebedenko focused on the war crimes of the Russian aggressors, in particular the indiscriminate massive strikes on civilian targets and the violation of international humanitarian law by the occupiers.

The Colonel expressed hope for practical support from partner countries in implementing the Victory Plan.

The Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also thanked Lieutenant General Pedersen, the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark and the Danish people for their support and assistance in the fight against Russian aggression.
