The largest Ukrainian one-dollar-store chain, Avrora, opened new stores in Zaporizhia and Dnipro, as well as in Romanian Vicovu de Sus, CEO of the chain Taras Panasenko said.
According to him, the opening of retail outlets expanded the chain's presence in Romania to 25 facilities. At the same time, in Zaporizhia, the new store became the 35th, and in Dnipro - the 41st.
As reported, in January-June 2024, Avrora paid UAH 3.2 billion in taxes and fees, including more than UAH 286 million in personal income tax to local community budgets.
The main office of the Avrora retail chain is located in Poltava.
Avrora was founded in 2011 by Lev Zhidenko, Taras Panasenko and Lesia Klymenko. At the moment, the network has more than 1,400 stores in Ukraine and 25 in Romania.
