International company Colliers Ukraine has announced the beginning of its collaboration with Epicenter K. Its retail department will be responsible for filling Gallery Bucha and Gallery Green with tenants, according to the company's press service.

Colliers Ukraine said that both shopping centers are currently under active construction and designed with modern architectural concepts and trends in commercial real estate.

The Gallery Bucha mall is located in Bucha (48 Nove Highway) with a gross building area (GBA) of 97,000 sq. meters and a gross leasable area (GLA) of 66,000 sq. meters. Gallery Green, in Chabany (8 Odesa Highway), has a GBA of 96,000 sq. meters and a GLA of 62,000 sq. meters.

The malls will feature home goods, a grocery supermarket, the children's entertainment center EPILAND, electronics and appliances, fashion and sports retailers, and more.

"Thus, Gallery Bucha and Gallery Green will become places where every visitor can find everything they need under one roof and fully enjoy shopping and leisure," the release adds.
