Croatia to continue to help Ukraine, despite all threats – PM

Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic announced the continuation of military support for Ukraine, despite threats from Russia.

"When you have friends in need, then one shows its friendship, its solidarity and its support concretely. That's what we are doing. That's what we will continue doing in the future, despite any all the threats that might referred to," Plenkovic said at a press conference within the Crimean Platform in Kyiv on Wednesday, answering a question about whether he was afraid of threats from Russia, providing military support to Ukraine.

As reported by Interfax-Ukraine, the head of the Croatian government added that Croatia "is a member of NATO, a member of the European Union, a country that knows when is the right moment comes to help our friends."

As previously reported on the Croatian government website, during Plenkovic's visit to Kyiv, a new package of bilateral aid from Croatia to Ukraine was presented.
