On August 21, 2024, the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (AmCham Ukraine) held a formal reception in Kyiv on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine. The event brought together Chamber members, diplomats, and business representatives, becoming an important event in the capital's business life.

The event started with welcoming words from AmCham management. President of the Chamber Andy Hunder emphasized the importance of the partnership between Ukraine and the United States and expressed confidence in the further development of bilateral economic relations. Special attention was paid to the challenges facing Ukrainian business in the conditions of the ongoing war and global economic instability.

Today, AmCham Ukraine unites more than 600 member companies, which makes it one of the largest and most influential business associations in Ukraine. In order to effectively protect business interests and solve key issues in various sectors of the economy, 24 specialized committees covering such areas as finance, IT, health care, agribusiness and others work within the Chamber.
