Deputy Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine

In 2012, he graduated from the State Economic and Technological University of Transport and received a specialist diploma in "Organization of Transportation and Management in Transport (Railway Transport)".

2012 – 2018 worked as an engineer at the State Enterprise "Ukrainian Transport and Logistics Center".

2018 – 2020 — Head of the Strategic Analysis and Planning Unit of the Strategic Development and Transformation Department of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia".

2020 – 2021 — Deputy Director of the Department of Strategic Development and Transformation of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia".

January – March 2022 — Executive Director for Intermodal Transportation of the DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH project together with JSC "Passenger Transportation" (Kazakhstan Temir Zholy).

June 2022 – December 2024 — Advisor to the Director of the Strategy Department of the Private Joint-Stock Company "MHP".

June 2022 – October 2024 — Advisor to the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.

June 2022 – March 2025 — Independent Consultant on DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH projects.

On April 15, 2025, by order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, he was appointed Deputy Minister for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.
