President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Ivan Dovhanych Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Iraq, the press service of the head of state reported.

Decree No. 368 was published on the president's website on the evening of Friday, June 21.
