The Ministry of Defense has launched the Reserve+ mobile application for those liable to military service, conscripts and reservists, Advisor to the Minister of Defense Kyrylo Tymoshenko said after midnight on Saturday.

“It's available for download now,” he wrote, providing download links for both IOS and Android devices.
