Two fires break out, 15,000 people cut off power supply after drone attack on Dnipropetrovsk region – local authorities
Two fires broke out and 15,000 people as well as two boiler rooms in Kryvy Rih were cut off electricity supply in Dnipropetrovsk region as a result of an enemy drone attack, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Lysak has said on Saturday morning.
"Another drone attack on the Kryvy Rih district. The Skhid (East) Air Command destroyed five Shahed drones. But several strikes still occurred. Two fires broke out. Almost 15,000 people in the district were cut off power supply, as well as two boiler rooms in Kryvy Rih which service 43,000 subscribers," he said on the Telegram channel.
The city's high-speed tram line is also partially blacked out, some families were disconnected from the water supply services, the official said.
In addition, the Nikopol district came under the aggressor's artillery fire last night. Two private houses, an outbuilding, and a power line were damaged.
No casualties were reported in the region.
