Zelenskyy: All of us in Ukraine united in how we value freedom, how we must protect it

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked the military personnel who defend Ukrainian territories, noting, in particular, the unity of the Ukrainian people in defending freedom and the ability to value it.

"Ukraine is large and diverse. Thousands of historical turns and millions of human destinies are reflected in our cities. But all of us in Ukraine are united in one thing: in how we value freedom. In how we must protect freedom," according to his Telegram channel.

Zelenskyy thanked "everyone who protects our cities and villages! And everyone who moves forward step by step every day to restore freedom and security to our entire state."

He said at the end of September and on the first Sunday of October, days of different Ukrainian cities are celebrated.

"Nikopol, which is having such a hard time now. Khmelnytsky. Izmail and Kremenchuk. Snihurivka, liberated from the occupiers. Belz is one of our most ancient cities. And also Hlobyne, Kodyma, Ilintsi, Verkhniodniprovsk, Berezivka, Beliaivka, Rozdilna, Irshava, Bolekhiv, Busk, Zhashkiv, Novodnistrovsk, Mostyska, Bershad," the president said.

Zelenskyy also said Ukraine "will definitely liberate" the Ukrainian cities of Dovzhansk, Hola Prystan and Skadovsk.

"Let the time come soon when every Ukrainian city and village will be able to celebrate their day in peace and quiet, in guaranteed Ukrainian freedom," the president said.
