AFU encircles Irpin, Bucha, Hostomel – Bucha district administration

The cities of Bucha, Irpin and the village of Hostomel in Kyiv region's Bucha district are encircled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The liberated village of Makariv is also under the AFU's control, Kyiv region's Bucha District Administration said on Wednesday.

Officials said the Makariv, Bucha, Irpin and Dmytrivka communities remain under constant shelling of the occupiers, as well as Shpytky.

"Shpytky was shelled at night, which led to a fire. Fighting is unremitting along the Zhytomyr highway," the district administration said.

The villages of Zahaltsy, Halynka, Kachaly, Stara Buda, Myrcha, Talske, Nova Hreblya, Vablya of the Borodianka community, are occupied by Russian forces and remain without communication. Klavdievo-Tarasove, Severynivka, Berezivka, Mykolaivka are among the villages on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe: there are no food, medicines, hygiene products, baby food.

"Occupiers break into houses, loot, shoot dogs and slaughter cattle for meat," the report says.

In the Nemishaeve community there is no electricity, gas, communications, residents need food, water, medicines, and they have requested evacuation.

The Piskivka, Kotsiubynske, Bilhorodka, Vyshneve and Borschahivka communities are under the control of local authorities. However, four houses were destroyed in the Piskivka community.
