Govt, president, parliament to fully fulfil IMF program - Yatseniuk
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has expressed confidence that the government, president and parliament will fulfill all the criteria of its cooperation program with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
"Both the government, president and parliament would fulfill all the criteria of the IMF program," Yatseniuk said at a meeting with IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde in Kyiv on Sunday.
He said that the Ukrainian government will do everything possible to stabilize the financial situation in the country and implement reforms.
Yatseniuk said that the Ukrainian government expects that economic growth will come, even though Ukraine is facing some risks. Yatseniuk also expressed hope that the parliament will support all the laws required for the implementation of reforms.
