"Upon motions filed by the prosecution, the investigating judge of the HACC applied preventive measures in the form of bail to five Members of Parliament of Ukraine suspected of systematically receiving undue benefits for themselves and third parties for actions or inaction using the authority or official position granted to them," SAPO said in a statement posted on Telegram on Thursday.
