Poroshenko handed over new anti-drone systems to defenders
Ukrainian MP and leader of the European Solidarity party Petro Poroshenko handed over 12 Ai-Petri SV technical reconnaissance countermeasure systems to the military. "We are ending this year by handing over 12 Ai-Petri systems, which we managed to manufacture ahead of schedule. Ten of them are going to the Air Force and Ground Forces, and two will protect Kyiv from reconnaissance and strike drones," Poroshenko said on Facebook . According to him, over the course of the year, the Ai-Petri complexes were transferred to the front lines and to Ukrainian cities to protect against ZAL, Superkams, Lancets and other weapons.
Commenting on the progress of the peace talks, Poroshenko stressed that ‘the absolute priority should be the issue of territorial integrity and security guarantees, which provide for the presence of troops from guarantor countries on the territory of Ukraine.’ He stated that Ukraine would not accept any ultimatums from Russia regarding future membership in NATO or the EU, as well as any restrictions on language and religion.
‘No elections during martial law – no one will recognise these elections,’ added the leader of European Solidarity. Poroshenko also called for the restoration of trust in the field of defence procurement.
