Already 28 injured in Kyiv – Klitschko
The number of injured in Kyiv has increased to 28 people, Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported.
"There are already 28 injured in the capital. Some 13 people were hospitalized in the city's medical facilities," he wrote on Telegram.
