Russian attack kills 1, injures 13 in Kharkiv suburb

As of 12:30, the number of victims of enemy missile strikes on the outskirts of Kharkiv had increased to 13, with one person killed, Kharkiv Regional Military Administration head Oleh Synehubov has said.

"All the victims have been hospitalized. Medics are providing all necessary assistance," Synehubov said on Telegram.
