GUR reports active combat operations of special forces on Pokrovsk axis

The forces of the Timur Special Unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR MO) are conducting an operation in one of the key areas of the city of Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, from the point of view of front-line logistics, the GUR press service has said.

According to intelligence, fierce battles are underway with the Russian occupiers. "After a successful landing operation, additional forces of the special unit joined the GUR special forces, who occupied the designated lines, broke through the ground corridor and joined them," the report says.

The combat work is aimed at eliminating the enemy's attempts to expand the fire effect on logistics in the GUR area of responsibility. In addition, combat missions in the sector are being carried out by other special units of the GUR MO of Ukraine. For the safety of personnel, the details of the operations are not being disclosed at this time.
