Digital ministry wants to gamify ground-level problem solving via Diia - Dpty PM
The Ministry of Digital Transformation is working on creating a special platform in the Diia application through which Ukrainians will be able to report problems in their communities and regions, First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister for Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov has said.
"We want to gamify the process of solving problems on the ground so that local authorities can better hear citizens and solve some problems faster, for example, in the region. This is a kind of social network about how to change your home, your district," he told reporters after the presentation of the anti-corruption study.
According to Fedorov, this platform will allow Ukrainians to create an appeal about a problem in the city and track the stage of the task. The platform will also provide the opportunity to leave comments.
The First Deputy Prime Minister added that this platform is still an idea that is already in prototypes: business analysts are working on it. Negotiations are also underway with the Swiss side regarding financing this project, the First Deputy Prime Minister noted.
