Finance committee recommends Rada recall Dubinsky from deputy chairman position
The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy has recommended that the Verkhovna Rada recall People's Deputy Oleksandr Dubinsky (non-faction) from the position of Deputy Chairman and member of the committee, first deputy chairman of the committee Yaroslav Zheleznyak (Holos faction) has said
"The committee voted to recall Dubinsky from the position of Deputy Chairman and member of the Committee on Finance and Tax Policy," Zheleznyak wrote on Telegram on Tuesday.
According to him, this decision was unanimously supported by 16 people's deputies.
Zheleznyak also noted that the Verkhovna Rada will consider the issue of recalling Dubinsky from the position during the plenary week of August 19-21.
As reported, the State Bureau of Investigation referred the case of Dubinsky and his former assistant to the court on charges of assisting another person in illegally crossing the border. Dubinsky is in custody.
