Talks in Istanbul postponed to afternoon at initiative of Turkish side
The Russian-Ukrainian talks in Istanbul are scheduled for the afternoon of Thursday, Russian media reports with reference to the Russian Foreign Ministry.
"The talks have been postponed to the afternoon at the initiative of the Turkish side," said the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, at a briefing.
