Ukraine has an indisputable right to defend itself independently and with the support of its partners, this right cannot be limited in any way, stated the President of the Republic of Finland Alexander Stubb.
"Ukraine has an indisputable right to defend itself independently and with the support of its partners. This right cannot be limited in any way. Neither now nor in the future," he said at a joint press conference with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy at the Presidential Palace in Helsinki.
Stubb stressed that he and Zelenskyy spoke about "peace through strength." The president stressed that "Ukraine wants peace, Finland wants peace, Europe wants peace."
