The number of victims of the Russian drone attack on Odesa has increased to four, including one child, Regional Military Chairman Oleh Kiper reported.
"Four people were injured, including one child. All were hospitalized in moderate condition," he wrote on Telegram.
Kiper noted that local emergency power outages are also in effect in part of Odesa region due to the Russian attack. Critical infrastructure is running on generators.
And in Kyivsky district of Odesa, heat supply to some consumers has been suspended. Points of invincibility have been opened.
As reported, the Russian Federation carried out a massive strike on Odesa on Wednesday night, as a result of which the city has no electricity, water or heating in most houses. More than dozens of schools, kindergartens and more than 500 houses were also damaged, said the city's mayor Henadiy Trukhanov.
