Latvian Seimas speaker arrives in Kyiv – Rada dpty speaker Kondratiuk
Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Olena Kondratiuk has announced the arrival of Speaker of the Latvian Parliament Daiga Mierina in Kyiv on an official visit.
"Speaker of the Saeima of Latvia Daiga Mierina has arrived in Ukraine on an official visit. I met the Speaker at the Kyiv railway station. This is another important visit for the development of inter-parliamentary cooperation and evidence of support for Ukrainian-Latvian relations," Kondratiuk wrote on Facebook on Tuesday morning, also posting a video of the meeting.
According to her, the Latvian delegation is scheduled to have a number of meetings with Ukrainian authorities and representatives of military training and rehabilitation centers.
