Dobrobut medical network, jointly with Hospice Ukraine, will provide free medical care to about 500 palliative patients

The Dobrobut Medical Network, with the support of the Hospice Ukraine Charitable Foundation, will provide free medical care to about 500 palliative patients.

As reported in the press release of the medical network, the Hospice Ukraine Charitable Foundation transferred UAH 1 million to the Dobrobut Foundation to support Ukrainian palliative patients.

Thanks to the support of Hospice Ukraine, specialists from the Dobrobut Palliative Care Center will provide free consultations to children and adults, as well as conduct on-site consultations once every 14 days.

In addition, both patients and their relatives will be able to receive consultations from a psychologist at the Dobrobut Mental Health Center.

Hospice Ukraine was founded by British neurosurgeon and writer Henry Marsh, British palliative care physician and writer Rachel Clarke, and neurosurgeon of the Dobrobut medical network Andriy Myzak. Hospice Ukraine is a UK-registered charity that supports hospices in Ukraine.

The Dobrobut medical network is one of the largest private medical networks in Ukraine. The company's portfolio includes 15 medical centers and two multidisciplinary hospitals in Kyiv and Kyiv region, an emergency service, a dentistry, and pharmacies. The network's medical centers provide services for children and adults in more than 75 medical areas. Every year, Dobrobut specialists perform more than 9,000 operations. The network employs 3,000 people.

The Dobrobut Foundation was founded by Dobrobut to support projects in the field of education of future doctors and charitable medical projects, in particular, a program for providing surgical care to children with congenital heart defects.
