In Kharkiv, the number of victims is growing as a result of an enemy morning strike on the city center and as of 8:50 there are already ten of them.

Mayor Ihor Terekhov announced this on his Telegram channel.

In turn, head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov said that five out of 10 victims were hospitalized.
