Ninety-seven combat clashes were recorded along the entire front line since the beginning of the day and as of 4 p.m., the most tense is the situation on the Kurakhove axis, where the main efforts of the enemy were focused on the areas of Antonivka and Novoselydivka, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) has said on Wednesday.

"Since the beginning of the day, the enemy continues offensive operations, the number of combat clashes along the entire front line has increased to 97. The enemy is most active on the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove axes," it said on Facebook.

Since the beginning of the day, the occupiers made 24 attempts to push the AFU from their positions on the Pokrovsk axis. Fighting continues near Sukha Balka, Promin, Lysivka, Kruty Yar, Hryhorivka, Dachenske, Petrivka, Novooleksiyivka, Pustynka. Pushkine was hit by guided aerial bombs.

"The situation is the hottest now on the Kurakhove axis. Thirty-two enemy attacks have been recorded in the areas of Berestky, Illinka, Novoselydivka, Voznesenka, Novodmytrivka, Maksymilyanivka, Dalne, Antonivka, and Katerynivka. The occupiers focused the main efforts on the areas of Antonivka and Novoselydivka, they conducted 16 assaults, ten of which are still ongoing. At the same time, the enemy dropped two guided aerial bombs on the area of Kurakhove," the General Staff said.

On the Lyman axis, the occupiers conducted five assaults at the positions of the AFU in the area of Cherneschyna, Terny and Zarichne during the day. Three battles ended, and another two continue. The enemy actively used aviation, Yampolivka and Terny were hit by guided bombs, the enemy attacked Serhiyivka and Novoyehorivka with guided missiles.

On the Kramatorsk axis, a battle continues in the area of Stupochky. On the Toretsk axis, the Russian army tried three times to improve its position near Toretsk. The occupiers dropped eight bombs in the area of Dachne.

On the Kharkiv axis, one enemy attack was repulsed near Vovchansk. On the Kupyansk axis, the enemy began to storm the positions of the AFU five times near Lozova and Pershotravneve. Two battles continue. Pischane, Kyvrashivka, Zahryzove and Bohuslavka were attacked by guided aerial bombs.

On the Vremiv axis, eight combat clashes took place near the settlements of Rivnopil, Novopillia, Trudove, Kostiantynopilske and Makarivka. Six attacks are still being repelled by the Defense Forces. Velyka Novosilka, Zelene Pole and Novopil were subjected to air strikes.

On the Huliaipole axis, the enemy attacked Bilohirya with unguided missiles. On the Orikhiv axis, the occupiers attacked three times in the areas of Novodanylivka and Novoandriyivka. The Russian aviation dropped four guided bombs on the areas of Zaporizhia and Natalivka.

On the Prydniprovsky axis, four enemy assaults were successfully repulsed. At the same time, the enemy launched an air strike with unguided missiles on Kozatske. No changes were recorded on other axes.
