One dead, 13 wounded in Russia's attack on Odesa
One person was killed and 13 people, including two children, were wounded as a result of Russia's attack on Odesa last night, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine has said Saturday morning.
"Apartment buildings were damaged, dozens of cars were burned, a storage facility went on fire. Psychologists of the State Emergency Service helped 25 people, including one child," it said on the Telegram channel.
The regional prosecutor's office, for its part, reported that the Russian occupation army launched a massive drone attack on Odesa and suburbs on the night of November 9.
"A local woman died as a result of the attack, 13 people were wounded, among them there are two boys aged 4 and 16. The information on casualties is yet to be updated," it said.
Head of Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper specified that a private house was destroyed and subsequently caught fire during the enemy attack on Odesa.
"A whole family was injured: the father and his 16-year-old son are now hospitalized in moderate condition, and the mother died," he said in a Telegram message.
According to the official, a large-scale fire broke out on the territory of a residential complex after a drone hit the town of Avanhard. Around 15 cars went on fire and apartment buildings were damaged there.
