Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha congratulated Gideon Saar on his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel.

"Congratulations to Gideon Saar on his appointment as Foreign Minister of the State of Israel. I look forward to working together to develop our bilateral relations and cooperation," Sybiha said on X social media.

On October 5, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu dismissed Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Galant on Tuesday.
