President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Headquarters on Thursday and instructed its members to prepare certain parts of the internal plan for strengthening Ukraine.

"I held a meeting of the Headquarters. We discussed in detail preparations for the heating season from the point of view of security, restoration and work with partners. Officials from the Ministry of Regional Development and the Ministry of Energy delivered reports, as well as the Air Force," he said on the Telegram channel.

"Particular attention was paid to the preparation of border and frontline communities. We also discussed long-term energy solutions that will give Ukraine more stability. I gave clear instructions that must be fulfilled before the start of winter," the head of state said.

He also noted that the participants of the meeting heard reports "from the Ministry of Defense and the military on the staffing of brigades, training, and there was a report on the construction of fortifications."

"There are areas that need to be strengthened," Zelenskyy said.

"At the end of today's meeting, I instructed the Headquarters members to prepare certain parts of our internal plan for strengthening Ukraine. Along with the Victory Plan, we must work out all the necessary steps of Ukraine that will ensure internal results for our state. This concerns the front, the military and industrial complex, the economy and finance, the information sphere, ensuring justice, regional work and other strategic sectors. The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council will be responsible for organizing this work," he said.
