Zelenskyy: When and if Victory Plan fully implemented, we will see Russia at Peace Summit

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that after the full implementation of the Victory Plan presented by Ukraine, "we will see Russia at the Peace Summit."

"Ukraine presented its partners with a victory plan that contains everything necessary to deprive Russia of any alternatives that it is currently counting on, except for a just peace," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said via video link at the Crimea Platform Summit on Thursday.

"When and if the victory plan is fully implemented, we will see Russia at the summit, we will see the implemented formula, we will see the fully restored effectiveness of the goals and principles of the UN Charter," he said.
