Syrsky discusses AFU’s urgent needs with Commander of British Armed Forces Radakin

Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrsky has held a conversation with Commander-in-Chief of the British Armed Forces Admiral Sir Tony Radakin, during which the Commander-in-Chief informed the parties about the "current strategic situation and the organization of resistance to Russian armed aggression against Ukraine in certain areas of the front."

"We separately discussed the possibility of destroying enemy military facilities in operational and strategic depth. The British side is currently working on its own proposals as part of the practical implementation of the Victory Plan," Syrsky wrote on Telegram on Wednesday morning.

The parties also discussed the supply of military equipment and weapons, the training of personnel, and increasing the effectiveness of the use of high-tech weapons.

"I drew the attention of my British colleague to the cynical violations of international humanitarian law and war crimes of Russian troops, missile and air strikes on critical infrastructure in Ukraine, and the indiscriminate massive bombing of civilian targets," Syrsky noted.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine expressed gratitude to Great Britain for its steadfast and unwavering support for Ukraine.
