Air Force: Russia fires one Iskander-M missile, one guided aircraft missile, six UAVs at Ukraine overnight

Last night, the Air Force units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down 29 enemy UAVs that attacked Ukraine, 31 enemy drones were lost in different regions of Ukraine, probably as a result of electronic warfare, the press service of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
"On the night of October 11, 2024, the enemy attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile (launch area – Crimea temporarily occupied territory), an X-31P air-guided missile (from the airspace over the Black Sea), 66 strike UAVs (launch area - Kursk, Russian Federation)," the Ukrainian Armed Forces said on Telegram on Friday.
It is reported that aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and Defense Forces of Ukraine were involved in repelling the air attack.
"As of 11:00, as a result of anti-aircraft combat, 29 enemy UAVs were shot down in Kyiv, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Sumy, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Chernihiv and Zhytomyr regions," the Air Forces reported.
It is indicated that 31 enemy drones were locally lost in different regions of Ukraine, probably as a result of active counteraction by electronic warfare. "Two attack UAVs were returned in the direction of Russia. Four UAVs are in the airspace of Ukraine. Combat operations continue," the Air Forces said.
