Applications still being accepted for REDpreneur.UA project
Applications are still being accepted for participation in the REDpreneur.UA project, initiated by the Ukrainian Red Cross Society (URCS) for those wishing to run their own business.
“REDpreneur.UA is a unique opportunity for those who want to start or develop their own business, get support and contribute to the recovery of the Ukrainian economy. The program was initiated by the Ukrainian Red Cross in cooperation with the Austrian Red Cross and with the support of the Neighbour in Need Foundation (Austria). Its goal is to provide vulnerable categories of the population with a chance to implement their business ideas and startups, promote economic development and social responsibility,” the URCS Communications and Marketing Department reports.
The REDpreneur.UA program offers free business skills training from experienced trainers and entrepreneurship professionals who will help participants gain the necessary knowledge to develop their own business.
Mentoring support and individual consultations from leading experts accompany program participants at all stages of project implementation. Financial assistance in the form of grants from EUR 5,000 to EUR 15,000 for the implementation of business ideas is also provided.
The program is open to people aged 18 to 59; those who have developed a business idea or want to start their own business; those who fall into one of the following categories: internally displaced persons, persons with disabilities, women in difficult life circumstances, the unemployed, veterans, guardians, parents with many children or single parents.
