Zelenskyy enacts two new packages of sanctions against Ukraine traitors, Russian military command
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed two decrees on Tuesday to enact new decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) on personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions).
"We continue our work on sanctions. Two new packages of sanctions have been introduced today. Against those who betrayed Ukraine and also with against the Russian military production – the legal entities and individuals working for terror," he said in a video message on Tuesday evening.
"And we will continue to synchronize our, Ukrainian, sanctions, our pressure on the enemy with everyone in the world who just like Ukrainians want real peace. I am grateful to everyone who helps our state, our people. Thank you to each and every person who really does everything they can to make Ukraine stronger. Thank you to all our soldiers!" the head of state said.
Two decrees on sanctions No. 697/2024 and 698/2024 were published on the website of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
