PACE recognizes Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine as genocide of Ukrainian people
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe recognized the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine as genocide of the Ukrainian people, said Yevhenia Kravchuk, a member of the permanent delegation of the Verkhovna Rada to PACE (the Servant of the People faction).
"The resolution ‘Honoring the 90th anniversary of the Holodomor - Ukraine is again facing the threat of genocide’ has just been unanimously adopted in PACE. Eighty affirmative votes!" Kravchuk wrote on Facebook on Thursday.
