Shmyhal discusses joint bilateral projects with Governor of Council of Europe Development Bank
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal discussed joint bilateral projects with Governor of the Council of Europe Development Bank Carlo Monticelli.
"I thanked him for signing the first agreements on the HOME and Heal Ukraine projects worth EUR 200 million during the Recovery Conference in Berlin. These funds will be used to provide housing for people left homeless as a result of Russian aggression, as well as to restore the medical system. There are already first results. In September, more than 2,200 families received funds under certificates for housing restoration," Shmyhal wrote on his Telegram channel following the meeting.
The prime minister noted that demining, restoration of energy and critical infrastructure are also priorities for Ukraine.
"We are striving to expand cooperation with the Development Bank to communities and support for small and medium-sized businesses," he emphasized.
