Podoliak: Victory plan forcing Russia to adequately perceive world

Ukraine's victory plan is forcing Russia to adequately perceive the world and the realities in which we find ourselves today, adviser to the head of the President's Office Mykhailo Podoliak said.

"This [victory plan] is forcing Russia to adequately perceive the world and the realities in which we find ourselves today. What does this mean? This means… a mathematically calculated amount of resources that Ukraine needs in order to significantly increase its influence on Russia," Podoliak said on the national telethon on Tuesday.

According to the adviser, the Kursk operation allowed Ukraine to conduct "a certain audit of what we should receive, what resources we should use," and this concerns not only long-range capabilities.

Podoliak said the loss of territory, peace and military infrastructure by Russia is a key element in forcing the aggressor country to end the war. In addition, the victory plan will also include additional political, economic and diplomatic coercion.

The adviser to the President's Office head also said the victory plan is a particularly realistic concept of how to ensure a just peace. According to him, this can be done with tools: transferring the war to the Russian territory, building up Ukraine's military force, in addition, the aggressor country must lose economic and other levers of influence.
