Poland is ready to help restore the houses that were damaged by a Russian attack in the early hours of Wednesday, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has said.

"Lviv needs help! The city center was the target of the Russian attack. Many historic multi-apartment houses were damaged. Poland is ready to help rebuild them," he said on the X social network.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine completed the emergency and rescue operation in Lviv, reporting seven dead and 51 injured as a result of the Russian missile strike.

As of noon, 50 people, including eight children, sought medical aid at the clinic of the First Medical Union of Lviv after the Russian attack.
