Rada receives Kuleba's resignation from post of Foreign Minister
The Verkhovna Rada has received a statement from Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba on his resignation, speaker of the Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk wrote.
"The application will be considered at one of the next plenary sessions," he wrote on his Facebook page, attaching a photo of Kuleba's statement.
