Cabinet agrees to amend agreement with Poland on arrangement of checkpoints, road infrastructure on border
The Government of Ukraine has agreed on amendments to the agreement with Poland on the arrangement of checkpoints and border road infrastructure on the Ukrainian-Polish border.
As reported by the Ministry of Reintegration on Telegram, on Friday the government adopted an order approving the draft protocol between the governments of Ukraine and Poland, which provides for amendments to the Agreement between the Governments of these countries on the provision of a loan on the terms of tied assistance dated September 9, 2015.
In particular, it is proposed to: increase the term of payment of contracts with Polish enterprises at the expense of the Polish government loan from five years to eight years; grant the right to amend contracts with Polish enterprises in terms of increasing their price taking into account the change in the volume of work.
Amendments to the Agreement will allow using the Polish loan and making expenses within the budget programs. We are talking about program 3111610 "Development of border road infrastructure on the Ukrainian-Polish border" and program 3506610 "Implementation of the project for the development of border road infrastructure and arrangement of checkpoints."
