Occupiers lose 1,140 military personnel in past 24 hours – General Staff
The Ukrainian military destroyed 1,140 enemy personnel, two tanks, nine armored vehicles, 36 artillery systems, four MLRS, four air defense systems, 81 drones, one aircraft, one helicopter, three cruise missiles, and 67 units of automotive and special equipment in the past 24 hours, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) has reported on Thursday morning.
"The enemy's total combat losses from February 24, 2022 to August 8, 2024 approximately amounted to 587,510 (plus 1,140) personnel, 8,431 tanks (plus two), 16,332 armored combat vehicles (plus nine), 16,487 artillery systems (plus 36), 1,142 MLRS (plus four), 914 air defense systems (plus four), 366 aircraft (plus one), 327 helicopters (plus one), 13,293 operational-tactical level UAVs (plus 81), 2,424cruise missiles (plus three), 28 ships/boats, one submarine, 22,285 units of automotive equipment and tank trucks (plus 59), and 2,767 units of special equipment (plus eight)," it said on the Telegram channel.
