Austria's EPIC retains holder of 92.7% in Ukrtelecom

Austria's EPIC is the 100% owner of Cypriot UA Telecominvest Limited, thus, it remains the end owner of a 92.7906% stake in public joint-stock company Ukrtelecom, Ukrtelecom told Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.

"EPIC has optimized its holding structure for technical reasons, introducing UA Telecominvest, which is 100% owned by EPIC Telecominvest," reads a press release of the Austrian company sent to Interfax-Ukraine.

"As for ownership of Ukrtelecom and ESU LLC, nothing was changed: EPIC remains the end owner of a 100% stake in ESU and a 92.7% stake in Ukrtelecom," the Austrian company added.
