Valentine's Day sales on EVA.UA surge by 86%

This year, sales on EVA.UA during the Valentine's Day shopping period (February 3–16, 2025) increased by 28% compared to the same period in January 2025 and by a staggering 86% compared to the corresponding promotional period in 2024, according to Ruslan Sazonov, Head of Marketing at EVA.UA, as reported by Interfax-Ukraine.

Analytics indicate that the majority of orders during this festive period – approximately 60% – came from customers in Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, and Kharkiv regions. The highest purchasing activity was observed between February 10 and February 13, 2025.

The most in-demand product categories on EVA.UA in the run-up to Valentine's Day included niche and luxury perfumes, gift sets for facial and body care, professional-grade beauty products, items for sexual wellness, and gift certificates.

In premium-format EVA BEAUTY stores, sales during the holiday period rose by 18% compared to the previous pre-holiday weekend. According to Vasylisa Petlytska, Director of EVA BEAUTY's business segment, the highest-value purchase during this time exceeded UAH 27,000, while the largest receipt contained 44 different items.

The surge in EVA BEAUTY sales was primarily driven by increased demand for fragrances, including niche brands like Gritti and Montale. Gift sets – particularly from Rituals, Matrix, and Elemis – were also highly popular.

RUSH LLC, the company managing the EVA retail chain, was founded in 2002. As of June 30, 2024, the network comprised 1,080 operational stores.
