Ukraine and Vietnam agree to strengthen partnership – FM Sybiha at UNGA
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha has met with Acting Foreign Minister of Vietnam Le Hoai Trung on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.
“At the @UN HQ in New York, I met with Acting Foreign Minister of Viet Nam Le Hoai Trung. We discussed steps to maintain the positive dynamics of our bilateral contacts, strengthen our ties, and develop economic cooperarion,” he said on X.
Sybiha noted that they both share the view that the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity are fundamental for international peace and security.
The parties agreed to continue an active dialogue aimed at strengthening the mutually beneficial partnership between Ukraine and Vietnam.
